Hi, I’m Chelsey. I feel extremely privileged to spend time with those who choose to share their story with me.

I’m a freelance writer, proudly based on Treaty 8 Territory, in Fort McMurray, Alberta. I have a passion for talking with people, writing their stories, and sharing them.

I’m also an experienced communications professional. Prior to diving into freelance work, I spent more than a decade honing my skills through various communications and public relation roles in the oil & gas industry. I also have direct experience working in the non-profit and education sectors.

I hold a Bachelor of Communication Studies from the University of Calgary, and an Advertising and Public Relations diploma from Lethbridge College.
